Introduction

As a registered nurse and mental health counselor with over 25 years in the mental health field, I can help you with your journey towards wellness. I focus on helping you identify coping skills that helped you get through a lot of difficult things but maybe those skills are no longer helpful for you. I believe most compulsive behavior and addictions are coping skills we use to try to escape from pain or trauma. If you can share your story with me, I can understand how you got where you are. I will meet you there with unconditional positive regard and help empower you to identify and make healthy changes in your life.
