Introduction

Taking the first step toward therapy isn’t always easy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, hurting, or simply searching for a place where you can finally exhale, I want you to know that you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel welcomed from the moment we meet—a place where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and understood, no matter what they’ve been through or where they are in their journey. As an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and everyday stress. While I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, I have a special place in my heart for children. I believe every child deserves to have someone who truly listens, helps them feel safe, and reminds them that their feelings matter. My approach is compassionate, genuine, and person-centered. I believe that healing begins with connection, and I strive to build a relationship where you feel comfortable enough to laugh, cry, ask difficult questions, or simply sit with whatever you’re carrying. There is no expectation to have the right words or all the answers. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, celebrating progress while navigating life’s challenges together. I became a therapist because I believe people are incredibly resilient, even when they don’t feel that way themselves. Sometimes we just need someone to walk beside us, help us recognize our strengths, and remind us that healing is possible. It is truly an honor to be trusted with another person’s story, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or for your child, I hope you’ll find a place with me where you feel accepted, encouraged, and never alone. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you as you take the next steps toward healing, growth, and the life you deserve.
