Hi, I’m Kacy, and I work to help clients better understand themselves and the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, while providing practical tools for the challenges of real life. Many of the people I see struggle with anxiety, rumination, or a constant sense of being on edge, so much of my work involves listening closely, following the client’s lead, and noticing patterns as they show up. I draw from somatic work, trauma-informed therapy, and values-based approaches to help clients calm their nervous systems, understand what’s driving their patterns beneath the surface, reconnect with themselves, and learn skills they can use in everyday life. I’m direct, I swear sometimes, and I bring genuine curiosity and humor into the room. I focus on both present experiences and deeper issues to support lasting change, especially when quick fixes haven’t helped. Much of our work involves learning to recognize and understand emotions and patterns, while equipping you to feel more grounded and empowered in your responses. I'm based in the Pacific Northwest, where I spend my time between the mountains, the ocean, and keeping two kids (and too many houseplants) alive. My cat has a habit of joining sessions, and your pet is always welcome too. Show up as you are. We'll figure out the rest.
