Introduction

If you feel stuck in survival mode, constantly anxious, overwhelmed, or triggered, I help adults heal trauma and anxiety so they can feel grounded and in control again. Many of my clients describe themselves as “put together” on the outside while privately battling self-doubt, overthinking, people-pleasing, or emotional exhaustion. You might feel like you’re always bracing for something, struggling to stay present, or carrying tension that never fully loosens. These patterns make sense when your body has learned to survive more than it has learned to feel safe. Here you can understand your patterns and work toward real relief. I specialize in helping adults heal the effects of trauma, anxiety, and the emotional imprints of past experiences. My approach is grounding, warm, and collaborative. I use EMDR, parts work, somatic awareness, and other modalities to help you process what’s hurting, reconnect with your body, and build the inner safety and self-trust you’ve been craving. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you; it’s about helping you feel like yourself again. Sessions move at a pace that feels supportive, not overwhelming. If you're ready to rebuild your sense of safety, calm, and self-trust, I'd be honored to support you. Let’s connect.
