I’m a Korean American therapist who is also queer and neurodivergent. My approach to therapy is shaped by the needs within the communities I belong to and support. I’m trained in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and continue to learn from approaches that center trauma, identity, and systemic harm. I place value on care that is relational, consent-based, and rooted in anti-oppression and neurodiversity-affirming practices. I believe in meeting at your pace, following what feels true, and co-creating a space where you don’t have to explain the basics of who you are.
