I believe that healing occurs through authentic connection with others and with oneself. However, many of us experience relationships where we don’t feel valued, heard, seen, or loved for who we really are. These relationships, whether in our families of origin, our friendships, our intimate relationships, or within systemic oppression, lead us to believe that being our authentic self is not always acceptable, lovable, or even safe. I will provide an empathetic and grounding space from which you can express your authentic self at your own pace. Together, we will create a collaborative therapeutic relationship that empowers greater curiosity, trust, and joy in your relationships with others and with yourself. I use an integrative approach that pulls from somatic work, relational cultural theory, person-centered theory, and accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy. My focus is on helping you process deep emotions in the here and now to support you with anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, disconnection, transitions, and relationship challenges.
