Introduction

You spend so much time taking care of everyone else that you've forgotten how to take care of yourself. I help adults heal from painful past experiences, chronic stress, and burnout so they can reconnect with themselves and live with greater peace, purpose, and freedom. Whether life feels overwhelming or you've simply been surviving for too long, therapy can help you move forward. My approach is active, collaborative, and holistic. Together, we'll connect the dots between your past experiences, current emotions, and daily patterns while rebuilding self trust and nervous system regulation. My goal isn't just symptom relief, it's lasting healing, deeper self awareness, and meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room. I provide telehealth therapy to adults located in Hawaii, Virginia, and Washington; As a military spouse, I understand the unique demands service can place on individuals and families. I especially enjoy working with military members, veterans, government employees, healthcare professionals, and first responders. LGBTQ+ affirming. Filipino American (AAPI).
