As a fourth-generation therapist, my drive to alleviate suffering and support personal growth is part of my lineage. I am a graduate of Boston University (B.S.) and Alliant International University (M.A.), and I have always been committed to lifelong learning and growth. My own journey has been shaped by its share of ups and downs, as well as many life decisions—from living across the United States to pursuing different careers—before ultimately finding the work where I feel most fulfilled and able to make a meaningful impact: becoming a therapist. Because I know firsthand that change is possible, I bring this lived perspective into my work with clients. I specialize in working with couples through the lens of EFT, which is grounded in attachment theory. My work focuses on helping partners move beyond surface-level conflict to explore the deeper emotional needs that often go unspoken. We create a safe and supportive space where vulnerability, repair, and lasting connection can emerge. In my work with individuals and teens, I draw from CBT, an approach that helps people understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or stress, we will work collaboratively to identify and reframe negative thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies and mindsets.
