Introduction

At Root & Summit, therapy begins with genuine connection. I believe meaningful growth happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. From that foundation, we explore the roots of your story — the experiences, patterns, and relationships that have shaped you — while building the insight and tools needed to move toward your summit. My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practice. I draw from humanistic therapy, honoring your inherent worth and capacity for growth. I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand and compassionately relate to the different parts of yourself. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies to support practical change, emotional regulation, and new ways of thinking and responding. Above all, I work to see you as you are, and integrate the strategies that feel most authentic to reaching your goals. This blend allows our work to be both deeply reflective and action-oriented. Together, we cultivate awareness, self-compassion, and tangible skills — not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with your most grounded, confident Self. I believe strength is the courage to become who you are. Seeking support in that process is an act of resilience and self-respect. I am honored to walk alongside you as you grow into a version of yourself that you feel proud of.
