My experience includes working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in community and school-based settings, including Early Intervention and Therapeutic Day Treatment. Through these experiences, I have supported individuals and families navigating developmental, behavioral, emotional, and life challenges. While much of my background has been working with children and families, I welcome clients of all ages and enjoy supporting individuals wherever they are in their mental health journey. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and parenting stress. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.
