Introduction

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) and veteran who believes therapy works best when it's tailored to you, not the other way around. I specialize in trauma—particularly attachment-based and military trauma—and I'm EMDR trained to help you process difficult experiences at your own pace. My approach is relational and integrative; I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs. I also work with my therapy dog, Theodore Waffles, whose calm presence many clients find grounding. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, anger, burnout, codependency, or the complexities of military service, I prioritize understanding who you are and what matters most to you. I see teenagers, young adults, and adults, and I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the chance to work with you.
