I work with women and men navigating pregnancy, postpartum and maternal mental health, grief, trauma, burnout, family dynamics, and major life transitions. I also support parents who feel overwhelmed by the demands of raising children, changes in their relationships, or the feeling that they’ve lost parts of themselves along the way. No one has it all figured out, and struggling doesn’t mean you’re failing. I help people understand themselves during the messy seasons of life, including the transition into parenting. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in genuine connection. Parenting can bring out parts of ourselves we never expected—our fears, expectations, triggers, strengths, and old wounds. Therapy creates space to slow down, understand those pieces, and decide what you want to do with them. My style is warm, direct, and conversational. You don’t have to be falling apart to deserve support. Life can be wonderful, exhausting, overwhelming, and meaningful—all in the same day. None of us have it completely figured out, and struggling doesn’t mean you’re failing. Therapy can be a place to breathe, understand what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself. I’d be glad to help.
