Hello! I'm so glad you're here. I'm Kaitlyn, LPC-Associate #103302, supervised by Russel Kauitzsch, LPC-S #70432. For me, the heart of counseling comes down to a core belief: the relationship between us is often where the real healing happens. I'm here to meet you where you are and sit with you through whatever feels heavy right now. When you're ready, we'll walk toward hope together. From that relational foundation, I draw on a variety of theories and tools to fit what each client needs, such as trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based approaches, and CBT. My areas of passion include working with trauma, LGBTQ+ and other marginalized communities, identity and life transitions, grief/loss, and child and adolescent development. I have additional training in working with children and adolescents, and I enjoy working with clients across all ages and life stages. I'm passionate about creating a safe, accepting space for all of my clients, especially those who may not have that kind of space elsewhere. Being fully seen and accepted for exactly who you are provides a strong foundation from which change can begin. I'd be honored to be part of your journey. If you think we might be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you.
