Introduction

You’re not broken — you’re burnt out from being the strong one for too long. Hi, I’m Kaitlynne Vasquez, LMHC, PMH-C, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. I help new and prospective parents, caregivers of neurodivergent children, and burnt out professionals who feel like they’re holding it all together but quietly falling apart inside. You’re always managing, anticipating, and showing up for everyone else. Yet no one sees how much you’re carrying. You crave rest but feel guilty when you take it. You ask for help but end up micromanaging it. You’re tired, overstimulated, and wondering when it gets to be your turn. It’s not weakness. It’s burnout; the cost of being endlessly capable. This is your space to slow down, breathe, and begin again. Together, we’ll rebuild your focus and energy from the inside out: - Understand what burnout and your nervous system have in common - Ditch productivity guilt and the “I should be doing more” mindset - Build habits that feel supportive, not punishing - Learn to rest without guilt and recharge without performance Who I Work With: 1. Parents & Caregivers of Neurodivergent Youth For parents navigating a new diagnosis, ongoing advocacy, or the emotional toll of supporting a child with unique needs. Together, we’ll focus on regulation (yours and theirs), realistic balance, and releasing the pressure to “fix” everything. I have a particular interest and expertise in PDA and have completed PDA North America's PDA Level 1 Training for Professionals. 2. Perinatal & Postpartum Parents From fertility and pregnancy through the first years of parenthood, we’ll address anxiety, identity shifts, intrusive thoughts, and the invisible weight of doing it all “right.” 3. Professionals & High-Achieving Women For those who thrive on responsibility but are running on empty; ready to find calm, clarity, and connection beyond constant doing. Areas of Focus 1. Anxiety & Emotional Overwhelm – Learn to regulate your nervous system so your emotions don’t run the show. 2. Mindfulness & Nervous System Healing– Discover how to self-soothe, manage triggers, and embrace stillness without discomfort. 3. Burnout & Over-Functioning – Unlearn the belief that your worth is tied to productivity or caretaking. 4. People-Pleasing & Boundary Struggles – Set boundaries without guilt and honor your own needs. Therapy with me is compassionate, grounding, and practical, all designed to help you find steadiness in the middle of life’s chaos. Let’s help you reconnect to yourself so you can show up for your family — and your future — from a place of calm strength. My practice is rooted in respect, curiosity, and inclusion. I strive to create a space where every person—regardless of neurotype, race, gender identity, or sexual orientation—feels seen, safe, and valued. I affirm neurodiversity as a natural and meaningful part of the human experience and honor the wisdom within each person’s lived story. I am committed to an anti-racist, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming approach that challenges systems of oppression and centers equity, accessibility, and compassion. You are welcome here exactly as you are.
