Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to do it alone. You might feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand, like overthinking, struggling with confidence, or feeling unsure how to move forward in relationships or life. You may have insight into what’s going on, but still find it hard to actually change on your own. I know starting therapy can feel intimidating. You don’t need to come in with the right words or everything figured out. This is a space where you can slow down, be real, and begin making meaningful changes at your own pace. I use Restoration Therapy to help you understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Many of these patterns once made sense and no longer serve you in the life you are trying to live now. In our work together, we slow things down and pay attention to what is happening in real time, especially in moments that feel emotional or overwhelming. I stay present with you in those moments, helping you notice what is happening inside without judgment, and begin responding in ways that feel more honest, grounded, and aligned with who you want to be. This is not just insight based work. You do not only talk about change. You experience it in the room. Before graduate school, I worked in community mental health and crisis settings, supporting people through intense and uncertain moments. That experience shaped how I show up now as steady, present, and willing to stay with people in difficult places while helping them move toward lasting change. I believe meaningful change happens in relationship, where you can be honest, challenged, and still met with respect. In the therapy room, I value being fully present with you, paying attention not just to what is said, but to what is happening in the moment between us. My aim is to create a space where truth and care can exist together, and where new ways of responding can actually be practiced, not just discussed. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with family, having meaningful conversations, and being in nature, especially among the redwoods. Being there helps me slow down, reflect, and stay grounded, which is something I bring into my work with clients.
