Introduction

I’m a relational therapist who supports individuals and couples through life’s most meaningful, and often most challenging, transitions. My therapeutic offerings include: Perinatal Therapy: I support individuals and couples navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. Whether you're experiencing PPD/PPA, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, NICU stress, fertility challenges, or relationship changes after baby, you don't have to walk this path alone. My perinatal approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in attachment, narrative, and mindfulness theories. Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT): I help couples find their way back to one another, even after betrayal, conflict, or disconnection. EFT provides a healing roadmap to slow down reactive cycles, uncover core attachment needs, and cultivate safety, trust, and vulnerability. Together, we will build the foundation for lasting intimacy and partnership. Individual Therapy: I work with people navigating career changes, grief, anxiety, caregiving challenges, burnout, and self-discovery. My approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, while weaving in somatic and mindfulness practices to support your personal growth. Across all of my work, I offer a space that’s warm, nonjudgmental, and attuned. I see therapy as a sacred collaboration. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins in relationship: when we feel truly seen, our sense of isolation softens. As Rumi writes, “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” My goal is to hold space for your “light” to be witnessed, nurtured, and strengthened.
