Introduction

I am a licensed associate therapist dedicated to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-based care. My work is grounded in mindfulness, helping clients develop greater self awareness, emotional balance, and resilience in their daily lives. I believe that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and supported in a nonjudgmental space. In therapy, I integrate mindfulness practices with clinically sound approaches to help clients navigate stress, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth. I work collaboratively, honoring each person's unique experiences while supporting meaningful, sustainable change. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their strengths, cultivate clarity, and move forward with intention and self-compassion.
