I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist in Flagstaff, Arizona, with nearly fifteen years of clinical experience across outpatient therapy, emergency departments, inpatient behavioral health, and international humanitarian settings. I offer in-person and telehealth therapy for adults navigating trauma, complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, anxiety, OCD, grief, relationship challenges, and the complicated places where life doesn’t feel simple or black and white. I work closely with first responders, humanitarian aid workers, and individuals who have experienced abuse or long-term, high-intensity experiences. I’m drawn to the deep, slow, ongoing work of understanding trauma that builds over years and shapes how people see themselves, relate to others, and move through the world. My practice offers space for long stories, enduring pain, and quiet resilience to be understood. I am also a member of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD). Depending on each client’s needs, I integrate approaches including EMDR, attachment therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My work is grounded in an attachment-focused approach and informed by interpersonal neurobiology, which guide how I understand symptoms, relationships, and healing. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a graduate school professor and clinical educator. Whether I’m sitting across from a client, a stud
