**Welcome. I'm glad you're here.** Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you've spent so much of your life being the one who holds everything together for everyone else. I work with high-achieving women who are tired of living in survival mode. You might find yourself overfunctioning, struggling with people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety with or without Panic attacks, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from who you truly are. You may relate to having experienced abandonment, rejection, childhood bullying, mother or father wounds, grief, or significant life transitions that continue to influence how you see yourself and move through the world. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), we'll work together to understand the patterns that once helped you survive but may now be keeping you stuck. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you build a healthier, more grounded sense of who you are—not by becoming someone new, but by reconnecting with the person you've always been beneath the survival strategies. I hope that our work together helps you experience greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust so you can show up more fully in your your everyday life.
