Hello, I am Kalina and I firmly believe you are not a list of symptoms. You are not a diagnosis. You are a unique person living in a complex world and are navigating it to the best of your ability. When our best doesn’t feel like it’s working for us anymore, therapeutic support can make all the difference. I utilize a non-pathologizing, holistic framework, and work proactively to ensure your unique identity and story is centered in session for personalized care. I have helped many people with anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, identity exploration, self-esteem, trauma/PTSD/CPTSD, grief, ADHD, autism, relationship issues, spirituality, sexuality, gender dysphoria, etc. I welcome individuals ready for more than traditional talk therapy and are open to incorporating practices that honor the relationship between our mind/body/emotions. Together, we will address the symptoms of the present while we explore, address, and resolve the root issues that are the cause of the symptoms. This is the path to true healing. We all deserve a life of harmony, joy, and peace in which we can be our authentic selves.
