You. Are. Not. Broken! You are living in a complex world that is out of balance, navigating it to the best of your ability. I embrace a non-pathologizing, holistic framework, and acknowledge the severe impact of colonialism, capitalism, patriarchy and other systems of oppression on our health and wellness. I help people navigate the experiences of anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, identity exploration, trauma, grief, neurodivergence, relationship issues, spirituality, sexuality, gender dysphoria, etc. Together we will identify where there is imbalance in your life, and will find ways unique to you to restore balance and wellness. I welcome individuals ready for more than traditional talk therapy and who are open to nurturing the relationship of our mind/body/heart/spirit. Traditional paths of healing have sought the balance of these aspects of ourselves. Westernized systems of care silo these aspects, leaving us imbalanced and ill. When we are balanced, we are healthy and vibrant! We all deserve a life of harmony, joy, and peace in which we can be our authentic selves.
