Introduction

Hi, I’m Kalyn Murphy, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and build stronger connections in their lives. I work with individuals, couples, and families to navigate challenges such as relationship struggles, stress, or major life transitions—always in a safe and supportive space where you can truly be yourself. I take a collaborative approach, meaning we’ll work together to find strategies and tools that fit your life and goals. My passion is helping people understand themselves and their relationships, improve communication, and develop practical skills to cope with life’s ups and downs. I also value bringing moments of joy and humor into our work together—it’s important to laugh while growing! Above all, I hope to make therapy a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you work toward meaningful change in your life.
