Do you feel like anxiety has taken over the driver’s seat? Maybe you struggle to set the boundaries you need in your relationships? Do you wonder how past traumatic experiences might be showing up in the present, or find yourself feeling frustrated that they still affect you? Perhaps you’re wanting to explore who you are, and how to feel more fulfilled in life or navigate change? Are you looking for a safe and supportive space to process loss? If any (or all) of those resonate with you, I’m here to help. I offer therapy for real humans, from a real human. You don’t have to figure all of this out alone. My approach to therapy: Person-centered & humanistic We human beings have much in common, & we are also unique individuals. I’m here to listen & to learn about you: your experiences, values, concerns, strengths, & goals. No matter what we’re focusing on, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where it’s ok to be wherever you are today. Evidence-based I don’t bring anything into therapy that hasn’t held up to scientific scrutiny. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in its many forms & sub-types, as well as mindfulness-based therapy. I consider the whole person & the big picture in terms of your wellbeing & achieving your goals. The mind & the body are not separate; I don’t approach therapy as though they were. Affirming & validating I’m here to support you, to hold space for you & let you know that whatever you are experiencing, you are not in it alone.
