I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Board-Certified Art Therapist with deep roots in the Chickasaw Nation. I bring a multicultural lens and reverence for storytelling, creative expression, and the wisdom carried through lineage. After fifteen years as an educator, I returned to my original calling in art therapy—work that reflects my core belief: healing happens in the mind, body, creative process, and soul together. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions across the lifespan, from teenagers through elders. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply human. I meet you where you are, respect your authentic self, and walk beside you as a fellow human being, offering clinical and creative tools to clear away what blocks your path so you can discover your own answers. I work with individuals, couples, and groups via telehealth, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
