I work with adults navigating concerns related to sex, sexual health, intimacy, and trauma. Maybe your desire has changed, sex doesn't feel the way it used to, pleasure feels out of reach, or past experiences are showing up in ways you don't quite understand. You might also be noticing patterns in your relationships or wondering how your experiences have shaped the way you feel about your body, sexuality, and connection with others. At Hue & Healing, I believe our experiences have layers. What we've lived through, what we've learned about sex, how we grew up, and the relationships we've had all play a part in how we experience ourselves and others. Sometimes it takes a little unpacking to understand how those pieces fit together. My style is warm, collaborative, direct, and curious. I'm engaged in the work with you. We'll have conversations, ask questions, explore emotions, challenge patterns, and sometimes look at things from a different perspective. I believe growth comes from both understanding ourselves and being willing to sit with what's uncomfortable. I integrate sex therapy, EMDR, and attachment-focused approaches based on what we're working through together. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist. My approach is sex-positive, culturally responsive, and affirming of LGBTQ+ identities and diverse relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy. There's room here to talk openly about sex, relationships, and experiences that may be difficult to share elsewhere. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Bring your questions, your experiences, and even the things you're not quite sure how to put into words. We'll get curious, connect some dots, and figure out where to start together.
