Kaneisha is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate who provides holistic, culturally responsive counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups across the lifespan. She works with teenagers (14–18), young adults (18–24), adults, and elders, supporting clients through life transitions, lifestyle changes, emotional processing, and the impact of past experiences. Her work focuses on increasing confidence and self-expression, strengthening communication skills, assertiveness, and boundary-setting, and addressing family, intimate relationship, and social connection challenges. Kaneisha also supports clients navigating employment and job-related stress, medical and helping-professional stress, and health- or diagnosis-related concerns, while helping individuals build emotional regulation and healthier patterns of coping. Kaneisha centers women navigating life transitions, young adults and college students, parents and caregivers, men seeking mental health support, gender-expansive individuals, communities of color, and clients from Christian faith backgrounds in an inclusive and client-centered manner. Her integrative, strength-based approach supports balance within the mind, body, and spirit while fostering resilience, clarity, and meaningful growth.
