Kaneisha is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate who provides holistic, culturally responsive counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups across the lifespan. She works with teenagers (13–18), young adults (18–24), adults, and elders, supporting clients through life transitions, lifestyle changes, emotional processing, and the impact of past experiences. Her work focuses on increasing confidence and self-expression, strengthening communication skills, assertiveness, boundary-setting, and addressing various relationship challenges including but not limited to family, intimate and social connections. Kaneisha also supports clients navigating employment and job-related stress, helping and medical professional stress, and health or diagnosis-related concerns, while helping individuals build emotional regulation and healthier response patterns to this thing called LIFE. Kaneisha centers her attention on women navigating life transitions, young adults and college students learning how to do life, parents and caregivers who strive to provide, build and maintain generations, men seeking mental health support encouraging a empowered presence in our communities, gender-expansive individuals who dare to become the best version of themselves, communities of color who seeks every opportunity available to thrive, and clients from Christian faith backgrounds in an inclusive and client-centered manner. Her integrative, strength-based approach supports balance within the mind, body, and spirit while cultivating strength, prosperity, and meaningful growth as individuals grow.
