Introduction

Religious and spiritual trauma can affect every part of our lives, even if we have left a belief system or community. Maybe you're feeling isolated because of your questions, you're noticing increased panic around religious beliefs or practices, or you're noticing just how mean your internal voice is to you. Whether you'd like to process childhood religious experiences, your current or recent struggles with religious/faith deconstruction, or explore concerns about the impact of religion on family or friends, therapy can help. As a Queer & neurodivergent person myself, I specialize in helping Queer & neurodivergent folks heal from harmful religious and spiritual experiences. Therapy with me is a calm and affirming place to be questioning, deconstructing, and/or shouting into the void. I create a safe and stabilizing space to express unfiltered thoughts and process grief. I know what it’s like to want to burn it all down while feeling terrified of the pain of change. I have the lived experience and the professional expertise to help you find liberation from oppressive beliefs and relationships and grounded confidence in your whole self.
