Introduction

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, and I help individuals who are struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical—focused on helping you understand what’s going on beneath the surface while also giving you tools you can actually use in your daily life. In our work together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of the patterns that are keeping you stuck. We’ll identify what’s driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and begin shifting them in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking; it’s about creating meaningful change. Sessions are supportive, but also goal-oriented. You can expect a space where you feel heard and understood, while also being gently challenged to grow. We’ll build coping skills, strengthen your self-awareness, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control. I believe therapy should feel human—not clinical or intimidating. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and authentic. If you’re ready to feel better and start making real changes, I’d love to connect.
