I work with individual adults navigating a wide range of emotional and relational concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting greater peace within themselves or in their relationships. My approach is rooted in a psychodynamic perspective and centers on a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship where you can be known as a whole, complex individual shaped by your history, relationships, and cultural environment. Therapy will be a space for you to freely explore the struggles of being human—the parts that feel difficult, heavy, or confusing. Together, with compassion and curiosity, we can notice the patterns that may no longer serve you, discover more about the needs you carry for both independence and connection, consider new approaches, and reconnect with parts of you that may have been hidden. Through this process, space will emerge for growth, healing, and an easing of emotional pain. It is a privilege to accompany clients as they deepen their self-understanding and expand their capacity to love, work, and play. I invite you to reach out if you think I might be helpful to you. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions.
