Introduction

Sometimes life feels like you’re walking around in shoes that don’t quite fit—trying to live by stories that someone else wrote for you. At Changing Insights, we believe that real growth begins when you start to understand yourself differently—when you gain new clarity about what’s been holding you back and what’s possible instead. I work with couples and individuals who are ready to explore themselves more deeply. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, or the lasting effects of trauma, my goal is to help you develop the insight and confidence to create the changes you want. Past experiences or current challenges may lead us to adopt unhelpful narratives about who we are or what we deserve. Those stories can become restrictive and uncomfortable—like wearing shoes that are three sizes too small. Together, we’ll begin unpacking those patterns, exploring how they formed, and replacing them with perspectives that truly fit who you are and how you want to live. My role as your therapist is collaborative. I see you as the expert of your own life. My job is to help you uncover your strengths, gain new understanding, and write your preferred story—one guided by self-awareness, compassion, and choice. When you begin to see yourself clearly, real change follows. Contact me for a free 15-minute phone call to see if we're a good fit to work together.
