I believe that you know your own life better than anyone and that therapy is a space to collaborate, clarify, reflect, and look forward to creating a personal story that is more balanced and fulfilling. I work with individuals aged 4 to midlife who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and those who are neurodivergent. For children aged 12 and under I offer individual counseling with parental consultation as needed. My approach utilizes tenets from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-informed therapy, accelerated resolution therapy, therapeutic art and therapeutic play to facilitate our work together. I received my BA in psychology from Seattle Pacific University in 2013 and Masters from Grand Canyon University in 2019. Outside of therapy I am often found curled up with a good book or movie, playing in my garden, swimming or picking up a new hobby in the craft aisle.
