Using a client-centered approach & evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, etc. I work with adults to better understand their thoughts, emotions, & patterns while building healthier ways to cope & reconnect with themselves. Therapy is not about "fixing" who you are - it is about creating space to better understand yourself, strengthen your ability to cope, & move through life with greater clarity & confidence.
