Karen is the owner of Mending Roots Counseling LLC. What is the root of the problem? My goal is to find the root and create goals that fit your circumstance. Whether your goals are to create secure attachments, creating confidence, more self care, infidelity, divorce, parenting and more. I am here to Mend your Unique Roots. As a clinician, my mission is to empower my clients on their journey toward emotional independence and well-being. I strive to create a nurturing and open space that fosters understanding, psychoeducation, and encouragement. My focus is on supporting couples as they navigate challenges such as infidelity, betrayal, bonding issues, and attachment struggles. Utilizing my expertise in attachment theory and human development, I delve into the complexities of individual and relational dynamics. I recognize that every relationship within a client’s life influences their emotional health, and I embrace a systemic approach to therapy. I am dedicated to guiding individuals seeking direction in parenting skills and those facing challenges with self-confidence. By helping clients gain insights into their experiences and relationships, I aim to facilitate personal growth and enhance their understanding of both themselves and their children.
