Introduction

I am an Oregon and New York licensed physician with board certifications in child/adolescent and adult psychiatry. I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, consultations, and treatments for school age children, adolescents, and adults. By respecting and investing time to understand each person’s unique experiences and relationships, I am able to collaborate with you and your family on ways to continue to reach developmental goals and to thrive. I strongly believe in the benefits of psychotherapy. Psychotherapy may be what is needed in treatment alone or in combination with medication. I utilize my background in evidence-based treatment practices as a foundation and remain conservative with my use of medication treatment. I offer psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of both in my practice. I'm also happy to collaborate with other mental health professionals if you are already engaged in therapy and are seeking possible adjunctive treatment with medication. I am not contracted with any insurance companies at this time and therefore I'm considered an out of network provider (a receipt can be provided for you to obtain reimbursement from your insurance if eligible).
