I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be heard without judgment—a place where the everyday stressors we all face can be explored openly and honestly. As a counselor, I work with individuals across the lifespan, from young adults navigating college and early career challenges to elders processing life's later chapters. My approach is conversational and grounded in behavioral and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), combined with family and marital therapy principles when relevant. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work stress, ADHD, divorce, self-esteem, and the many transitions life brings. I'm relaxed and direct, recognizing that mental health struggles often intersect with ordinary life pressures—and that's completely normal. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
