Introduction

Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and Virginia, a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), and an EMDR Approved Consultant. My approach is holistic, integrative, and tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in working with adults navigating early childhood trauma, recent acute trauma, and chronic stress. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals managing cancer diagnoses or genetic predispositions to cancer, as well as women’s health and body image concerns. In our work together, I integrate evidence-based practices that honor the connection between mind and body, including: EMDR Therapy & Somatic EMDR: To process traumatic memories, reduce panic, and manage chronic health concerns. Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Somatic IFS: To help you gently explore internal parts of yourself with compassion and clarity. Taking the step to begin therapy is a courageous decision, and my goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and grounded space where you feel truly heard and supported on your path toward healing.
