I work alongside clients to help them identify past and present experiences that have shaped their perspective and may be preventing them from living the life they want. I focus on building a strong relationship with trust, in a safe environment, to facilitate deep and meaningful work with clients. I have worked with individuals across the spectrum of life experience, neurodivergence, mood symptoms and experiences, and personality styles and presentations. I also provide talk therapy in different settings, such as spinning. I find by spinning it releases dopamine which stimulates the brain with feelings of accomplishment, motivation and well being. I earned my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I work from a person-centered and strengths-based approach. I'm available in person at my office in Montpelier, and via secure telehealth sessions.
