I've spent over 20 years working in community settings—from schools and emergency shelters to detention facilities—supporting individuals and families through some of their most difficult moments. As a survivor advocate who has worked extensively with abuse survivors, trauma, and grief, and as both a military veteran and military spouse, I bring lived understanding to the complexities my clients face. I work with individuals, couples, and families across all ages, from toddlers through adults, addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, parenting challenges, school concerns, and the profound transitions that life brings. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, behavioral strategies, and family systems work to help you build stronger communication and resilience. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer telehealth sessions. I accept Aetna insurance. If you're navigating trauma, family conflict, grief, or simply need support during a difficult season, I'm here to listen and help.
