Introduction

Welcome to My Therapy Room! I am licensed in the state of Texas to provide therapy services. I am-bi-lingual and can offer services in spanish. I focus on a few clients at a time only, which means you are always my top priority. I use a wide array of evidence based therapeutic approaches depending on what works for you and what you enjoy the most. I will teach you skills that will show to be your own therapist. In order for therapy to work, it is important that you trust and feel comfortable with me. Therefore, I place a lot of focus on our therapeutic relationship. I believe wholeheartedly that you have the power in you to start feeling better. If you do not believe that, let me help you see it.
