I am a licensed social worker and have worked across diverse settings with individuals holding complex histories, layered identities, and varied needs. My professional path has been shaped by both formal training and lived experience, informing a deep respect for resilience, meaning-making, and inner transformation. My approach is collaborative and rooted in the core values of social work: service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, the importance of human relationships, integrity, and competence. As a trauma-focused therapist, I work with adults navigating the lasting impact of trauma, grief and loss, major life transitions, identity development, anxiety, and relational boundaries. Our work often invites thoughtful reflection, curiosity, and a willingness to engage what lies beneath the surface, creating space for greater grounding, clarity, and integration over time. In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision to associate clinicians, and conduct Telehealth Immigration Psychological Evaluations (U-Visa, T-Visa, VAWA, Asylum, Extreme Hardship Waiver) for clients throughout the United States.
