My journey into mental health work began with a deep desire to help others navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and practical tools that create lasting change—not just temporary relief. I specialize in working with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, trauma, stress, identity concerns, or emotional burnout. I also work with clients who want a space where mental health care can thoughtfully integrate personal values and faith, when desired, while remaining grounded in evidence-based practice. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and strengths-based. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model of therapy. Instead, I tailor treatment to each client, helping you build self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, and healthier thought patterns.
