I've been providing therapy for over 25 years now and specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, sex therapy, older adults, and general life transitions. We will work together to make changes in your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions (CBT therapy). I offer telehealth therapy so I do not have an in-person office. I do talk during therapy! Sometimes you might see my cat's tail wander across the screen but I try not to let them participate too much during sessions!
