Sometimes clients experience sudden changes or difficult experiences that are challenging to navigate alone, which can leave them feeling lost and overwhelmed. For many—especially those from culturally diverse or neurodivergent backgrounds—there is often an added hesitation to seek mental health treatment, stemming from fears of being misunderstood or not having their experiences validated. These barriers can make it even more difficult to pursue their goals and engage in the activities that matter most to them. I specialize in working with Culturally Diverse Communities and neurodivergent individuals who are navigating trauma or life transitions. My therapeutic practice centers on cultural humility and neuro-affirming care, recognizing the unique challenges these communities face. I use an integrative, holistic approach that is personalized and collaborative throughout therapy to support clients through these experiences. My integrative approach combines techniques from Art Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Existential Therapy, EMDR, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing me to tailor each intervention to the unique needs of each individual I serve. I am committed to creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive space where culturally diverse clients and neurodivergent clients feel seen, respected, and supported.
