Introduction

Are you and your partner growing further apart — physically, emotionally, or both? Maybe intimacy has become painful, avoided, or feels like a distant memory. Maybe you're lying next to someone you love, yet feeling completely alone. You're not broken — and your relationship may not be either. I'm a Certified Sex Therapist specializing in sexual trauma, sexual desire disparities, and sexual dysfunction. I genuinely love this work and helping couples find their way to sexual connectivity. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method principles alongside my sex therapy training, I help individuals and couples untangle the complicated, deeply human stuff that gets in the way of intimate connection — because great sex is rarely just about sex. It's about safety, attachment, communication, and feeling like yourself with another person. Whether you're dealing with mismatched desire, working through the impact of sexual trauma, or wondering why your body isn't cooperating the way you'd like, you've landed in a judgment-free zone. I bring clinical expertise, genuine curiosity, and enough warmth to make conversations about the most vulnerable parts of human experience feel less terrifying — and maybe even a little liberating. Happy, healthy sexual relationships are absolutely possible, and helping people get there is honestly the best job in the world.
