Stories help us understand the world, ourselves, and others. They can inspire reflection on the people, choices, and events that have shaped who we are. I completed my Masters of Science in Counseling at Portland State University in Oregon, and I am a pre-licensed psychotherapist in Vermont. I have vast experience supporting individuals of all ages and identities and families in schools, domestic violence programs, and health clinic settings. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. My current focus is working with older adults, gently guiding them to reflect on their lives, the meaningful events that shaped them, and the persons they have become.
