I take an integrative multicultural approach, combining several modalities and interventions with each individual in mind. I specialize in working with first generation immigrants, adult children of immigrants, and BIPOC communities, with an emphasis on addressing racial and ethnic disparities and trauma. In alignment with my passion in working with diverse populations, I also have experience with neurodiversity and with concerns impacting members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
