Introduction

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes healing happens when you feel truly heard and supported. I specialize in trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Art Therapy, and I integrate faith-based approaches when that resonates with you. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship conflict, or the aftermath of abuse, I'm here to help you build practical coping skills and process difficult experiences in a warm, compassionate space. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across all ages—from children through elders. My approach focuses on identifying your strengths, reframing challenges with hope, and using tools like worksheets, art, and other resources to help you move forward with confidence. I'm accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accepting most major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid.
