Rooted in the coastal beauty of Jalisco, Mexico, my identity and earliest worldview were shaped by the warmth of Mexican heritage, an enduring love for the Pacific Ocean, and a deep familial reverence for nature, plants, and animals. As the eldest daughter in my family, I am familiar with the struggles that Latinx immigrant families face, as well as the unwavering resilience and sense of community we share. With a master’s in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy, I use connection and compassion to create a gentle, validating space where clients can heal from deep fears, trauma, and insecurities. My clinical focus includes trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ and kink-affirmative care, open relationships, sex therapy, systemic oppression, and couples, marital, and family dynamics. Outside the office, I recharge by traveling, trying new foods, singing karaoke, attending concerts, and enjoying an eclectic soundtrack spanning pop, electronic, banda, reggaeton, and punk rock.
