Introduction

I believe that lasting change comes from understanding and working with the root causes beneath anxiety, depression, and trauma—not just managing symptoms. As a psychologist, I work with young adults, adults, and elders using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing, and depth-oriented methods. Each person's path is unique, and I tailor my approach to honor that—drawing on integrative and relational frameworks to help you reconnect with yourself and build capacity for healing. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept Aetna insurance. Please reach out through my contact form if you would like to schedule a brief phone consultation to see if I would be a good fit for your therapy needs.
