I help clients slow down, untangle old patterns, and rebuild a sense of steadiness at work, in their relationships, and within themselves, so life feels authentic and manageable. My approach is tailored to each person and the challenges they bring. I focus on how your experiences and relationships shape how you see yourself and others. Using family systems theory, EFT, CBT, and narrative therapy, we’ll explore patterns that keep you stuck, strengthen how you cope and connect, and work toward change that feels authentic and rooted.
